Comfortable and elegant loft located a few minutes' walk from Bologna Station and in a strategic position for visiting the city's main attractions. It consists of an entrance hall leading to a bright living room with a sofa bed, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen and dining table. Double bedroom with smart TV, single armchair bed, desk and walk-in wardrobe. Full bathroom with shower and washing machine. Air conditioning and unlimited WiFi. It will be the perfect base for discovering the city of Bologna.

The flat is located on the ground floor, so there are no stairs to climb to reach it. The flat will be provided with towels and linen of a high hotel standard and single-use toiletries, as well as basic kitchen essentials (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. Myself or one of my colleagues will be available during your stay to help with any issues.

The flat is equipped with a self check-in system. Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide you with all the details you need to access and complete the online check-in.

Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. to allow sufficient time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no bookings coming in, late check-out is possible until 1:00 p.m. at no additional cost. If necessary, we provide a luggage storage service on request at our office in the city centre.

The flat is located in a residential area, within walking distance of the historic city centre, a few metres from the Central Station, the high-speed train entrance, and a short distance from Via Indipendenza and about 1 km from the Bologna Exhibition Centre.
The area is quiet, in one of the oldest neighbourhoods of the city. The new headquarters of the municipality of Bologna and the new high-speed rail exit have significantly revalued the area, which is now frequented by young people and tourists, thanks also to the opening of new trendy bars and restaurants such as Panbistrò Romano, Trattoria Serra, Mercatino Albani, Bar Fermento and Vecchia Bottega.

The area is well served by bus routes.
The location is ideal for visiting other nearby cities by train or car.
The area can be reached by bicycle thanks to the cycle path.
