A comfortable and stylish loft located just a few minutes’ walk from Bologna railway station and ideally situated for visiting the city’s main attractions. It comprises an entrance hall leading to a spacious corridor opening onto the double bedroom, a bright living room with a sofa bed, a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a single sofa bed. There is a fully fitted bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Air conditioning and unlimited WiFi. It will be the perfect base from which to explore the city of Bologna.

The flat is on the ground floor, so there are no stairs to climb to reach it. The flat will be provided with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard, single-use toiletries, as well as essential kitchen supplies (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. I or a member of my team will be available throughout your stay should you have any issues.

The apartment is equipped with a self-check-in system; once your booking is confirmed, we will provide you with all the details you need to access the property and complete the online check-in.

Check-out must be completed by 11.00 am to allow sufficient time for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible until 1.00 pm at no extra cost. If required, we offer a luggage storage service on request at our office in the city centre.

For reservations exceeding 30 nights, we require a security deposit of €300, which will be refunded upon check-out.

The area is quiet and is situated in one of the city’s oldest neighbourhoods. The new Bologna City Council headquarters and the new high-speed rail station have significantly revitalised the area, which is now popular with young people and tourists, partly thanks to the opening of new trendy bars and restaurants such as Panbistrò Romano, Trattoria Serra, Mercatino Albani, Bar Fermento and La Vecchia Bottega.

The area is well served by bus routes.
The location is ideal for visiting other nearby towns by train or car.
The area is accessible by bike thanks to the cycle path.
