Prestigious frescoed apartment located in the heart of Bologna's historic centre, within walking distance of the city's main attractions.
Comprising an entrance hall leading to a frescoed living area with dining table, fully equipped kitchen, sofa with TV, mezzanine with double bed and bathroom with washing machine and shower. Second double bedroom with access to a balcony overlooking the interior courtyard, third double bedroom with desk and second bathroom. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

The flat is located on the first floor of a building without a lift, so there are stairs to climb to reach it. The flat will be provided with towels and linen of a high hotel standard and single-use toiletries, as well as basic kitchen essentials (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
