Apartment 24 Bologna

Lovely flat located in the centre of Bologna within easy walking distance of the Central Station. It consists of an equipped kitchen, table for meals, 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with single bed + pull-out single bed, both with wardrobe, desk and TV. 2 bathrooms, one inside the double room and one in the corridor, both with large shower. Air conditioning and unlimited wifi.

The flat is on the 1st floor of a building with a lift, so there will be no flights of stairs to reach it. Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat.

The flat will be delivered with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

At check-in I or one of my staff members will meet guests to show them the flat and give them the keys, then we will be available during their stay for any problems.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the house. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
