Modern and bright apartment with fully equipped terrace just outside the center of Bologna, particularly convenient for Ospedale Maggiore, airport and companies in the Borgo Panigale area.

Studio on the third floor of a building with lift equipped with a terrace and equipped with everything: wifi internet, flat screen TV, washing machine, air conditioning, toaster, oven and microwave, electric kettle, linen and single-dose products for the bathroom.

Guests have exclusive access to the apartment. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The accommodation is accessible by car and there are free parking spaces along the road, while it is well connected to the city center by bus and train lines.

The apartment is located in a quiet and residential neighborhood, well connected to the city center and very close to the airport. In the area there are bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

For reservations exceeding 30 nights, we require a security deposit of €300, which will be refunded upon check-out.
