Appartamento Pescarìe

Lovely studio apartment in the heart of the Quadrilatero with a double bed, in an area partially divided from the rest of the house by a staircase and a difference in height, and a single sofa bed. There is no actual kitchen, as you can see from the photos, but a kitchenette equipped with an electric hotplate, utensils and pots for preparing meals, a refrigerator, a coffee moke and electric cooker, a microwave oven and an electric kettle.

The flat is located on the 1st floor of a building with a lift, so you will not need to climb any flights of stairs to reach the flat.
The flat will be delivered with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee)

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
