Appartamento Santo Stefano

Elegant and spacious flat located in the historic centre of Bologna in a street full of shops and restaurants, within easy reach of the city's main attractions. It consists of entrance hall with small terrace, living area with double sofa bed, TV, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, both with attached private bathroom, both with shower. Washing machine, air conditioning and unlimited wifi.

The flat is located on the 1st floor of a building with no lift, so there will be a few steps to climb to reach it. The flat will be delivered with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The flat is located in the historical centre of Bologna, in an elegant area well connected to the boulevards, at the beginning of the city's restricted traffic zone.
