Spacious fully equipped apartment in a quiet street in the historic center of Bologna. A strategic distance from the main attractions of the city, it will allow you to visit Bologna while walking. Equipped with 2 double bedrooms, double sofa bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, 50 "HD smart TV, 2 bathrooms, unlimited WiFi, air conditioning.

The apartment, located on the 1st floor of a building without a lift, is equipped with towels and linens of high hotel standard and single-dose bathroom products, as well as basic necessities in the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, tea, coffee with moka and coffee beans for the machine).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
