Aria - Il Campo Apartments

Nice newly renovated apartment located in the center, a short distance from Bologna Central Station. The apartment has an equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (perfectly joinable upon request) and a double sofa bed in the living room, it can accommodate up to 4 guests. You will also find elevator, air conditioning, unlimited wifi and smart TV.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator, it will therefore not be necessary to climb any flights of stairs to reach the flat.
The apartment will be equipped with high hotel standard towels and linens and single-dose bath products, as well as basic necessities in the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, electric kettle with tea and herbal teas, coffee machine with capsules).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The apartment is located in a central street just a few minutes walk from the station, from here you can also walk to the main city attractions
