Located in the historic center, at a strategic walking distance from the main attractions of the city, it will be a perfect base to discover the wonderful city of Bologna!

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building (with an elevator) and comprises an entrance hall with a desk and a double bedroom with a large wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, an electric kettle and a coffee machine, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher, double sofa bed placed in front of an HD 50 "television, connected to Netflix.
Located within the Acquaderni Gallery, it is definitely a prestigious area and a strategic distance on foot from the main places of interest in the city.
The apartment will be provided with towels and linens of high hotel standard and single-dose bathroom products, as well as basic necessities in the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal tea, coffee capsules).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The apartment is located in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the Two Towers and the main square.
