Azeglio Apartment

Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people in total comfort. Located a few steps from Piazza Maggiore, at the beginning of Via D'Azeglio, the most prestigious street in the city, it allows you to visit the city and its main attractions in complete comfort by walking.
The accommodation is located on the first floor of a splendid historic building. Completely renovated, it has 3 main rooms, elegant and functional: a living area with fully equipped kitchen, opening table, double sofa bed, and access to the terrace; 2 bathrooms, one with window and shower, and one with no window with bathtub. Two bedrooms in the sleeping area, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be joined together.
The finishes are of a high standard and include air conditioning, independent heating, as well as low emissivity and anti-noise fixtures. In addition, the house is complete with all comforts: washing machine, industrially sanitized towels and sheets, hairdryer, dishwasher, electric kettle, TV, unlimited wi-fi. For families with newborns we can provide a travel cot. The apartment will be delivered with high hotel standard towels and linens and single-dose bath products, as well as basic necessities in the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee)

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
