Modern, self-contained two-storey flat with ample free parking. It consists of living area with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom with shower and washing machine. Lower floor with double bedroom and second full bathroom. Air conditioning in all rooms and unlimited wifi.

The flat is on the ground floor, so there are no flights of stairs to climb to reach it. The flat will be delivered with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. I or one of my staff will be available during your stay for any problems.

The flat is equipped with a self check-in system, once your booking is confirmed we will provide you with all the details you need to access and complete the online check-in.

Check out is by 11.00am to ensure there is enough time to clean and prepare the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
