Bocchi Luxury Apartment

Beautiful and bright two-room apartment in the center of a prestigious 16th century historic building.
Large double bedroom, double sofa bed in the living area, can accommodate up to 4 guests. Elegant and refined, with frescoed ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom with large shower and Jacuzzi, it will allow you to spend wonderful moments in Bologna in the historic center, just a few minutes walk from the main attractions.

The apartment is located in the prestigious Palazzo Bocchi, opened in 1546, recently renovated, and is equipped with traditional Bolognese flooring and enriched with frescoes on the ceilings. Everything is furnished with classic taste but with modern functionality, with air conditioning, independent heating system, optical fiber WiFi, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee machine, HD TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a building with a lift, so there will be no flights of stairs to reach the flat.
The flat will be delivered with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
