Charming flat located in the historic centre of Bologna, conveniently close to the university and S. Orsola, allowing you to reach all the main city attractions on foot. Comprising an entrance hall with access to a first bedroom with a double bed (1.5 m) and private bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined on request), a living area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a 65" smart TV, and a second bathroom with shower and washing machine. Air conditioning and unlimited Wi-Fi.

The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift, so there are a few flights of stairs to climb to reach the flat.
The flat will be provided with towels and linen of a high hotel standard and single-use toiletries, as well as basic kitchen essentials (salt, oil, sugar, electric kettle with tea and herbal teas, moka pot with coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The flat is located within a restricted traffic area, so it is not possible to reach the flat by car without a permit. If necessary, we will provide you with various parking options in the area at the time of booking.

The flat is located in a quiet street in the historic centre of Bologna, convenient for the university area, Johns Hopkins University, and the S. Orsola Hospital. From here, you can also reach the main city attractions in a few minutes on foot:
