Modern and elegant apartment recently renovated with fine finishes in the heart of the historic center of Bologna. Equipped with a double bedroom, spacious living room with sofa and TV, large window overlooking Via degli Orefici, kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso machine and everything needed for cooking, marble bathroom with large shower and washing machine, unlimited wifi, air conditioning and independent heating.
A perfect place to enjoy the center of Bologna in peace.

The apartment is on the second floor of a building with a lift, so it can be easily reached without having to climb any flights of stairs.
The apartment will be provided with towels and linens of high hotel standard and single-dose bathroom products, as well as basic necessities in the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal tea, coffee).
Hot water is supplied by an 80l electric water heater. You can use it up to 3 consecutive times. Charging times are fast, about 3 hours for the entire boiler and we're back at 80 degrees.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The apartment is located in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the main square and at the beginning of a narrow street full of typical bars and shops.
From here you can reach all the main attractions of the city on foot:
