Lovely flat located in the heart of Bologna's historic centre, with internal views and therefore quiet. It consists of entrance on living area with sofa and TV, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom with large wardrobe, bathroom with large shower, unlimited fibre optic Wifi, air conditioning. The central location will enable you to reach the city's main attractions on foot.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building without a lift, therefore it will be necessary to make a few flights of stairs to reach the apartment.
The apartment will be delivered with high hotel standard towels and linens and single-dose bath products, as well as basic necessities in the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee)

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
