Spacious flat able to accommodate up to 6 guests and located right in the historic centre, at a strategic distance from the city's main places of interest It consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds and a double bed, a complete bathroom with shower and washing machine, unlimited Wifi. It will be a perfect base for exploring the wonderful city of Bologna!
Equipped with linens and towels of a high hotel standard, unlimited Wifi, washing machine, equipped kitchen, it offers all the comforts to comfortably explore the city center.

The flat is on the ground floor of a building located in the historical centre, so there is no need to climb stairs to reach the flat.
The flat will be delivered with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The apartment is located in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the Two Towers and the main square.
