The apartment will be provided with towels and linens of high hotel standard and single-dose bathroom products, as well as basic necessities in the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee capsules for the coffee machine).
Fitted out with a large double bedroom, double sofa bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, 55 "HD smart TV, large bathroom, unlimited Wi-Fi, Bluetooth audio system, air conditioning, it will be a perfect base for discovering Bologna!

The apartment is on the ground floor, easily accessible, has a few steps in the entrance as shown on the photos.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The apartment is located in a quiet street in the historic center of Bologna, from here you can walk to the main city attractions on foot:

St. Stephen's Basilica: 7 minutes
