Spacious apartment located in the heart of Bologna's historic center, with interior views and therefore quiet. It consists of entrance on living area with sofa, smartTV, large fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms with 2 single beds each and with large closet and desks, unlimited Wifi. The central location will allow you to walk to the main city attractions.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building in Bologna's historic center. The apartment will be delivered with towels and linens of high hotel standard and single-serving toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The apartment is located on a quiet street in Bologna's historic center, convenient to the university area, Johns Hopkins university, and S.Orsola hospital. From here you can also walk to the main city attractions in a few minutes:
