Elegant flat in the historic centre of Bologna, at a strategic distance from the city's main attractions and 13min walk from the Central Station. Comprising entrance onto spacious living area with double sofa bed, SmartTV 55‘’, fully equipped kitchen and adjacent bathroom and, separated by a modern bookcase, there is the sleeping area with double bed and spacious walk-in wardrobe. The flat is located on the 2nd floor in a building without a lift and is accessible by climbing a few flights of stairs. The apartment will be delivered with high hotel standard towels and linens and single-dose bath products, as well as basic necessities in the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee)

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The flat is located halfway between Piazza Maggiore and the central station, is well served by buses and is a 2-minute walk from the nearest supermarket. There is also a tobacconist's and an excellent pastry shop where you can have breakfast. From the flat you can reach on foot
