Elegant flat located on the 4th and last floor (with lift) of an elegant building in the historic centre of Bologna, in a very central location, a few steps from Piazza Maggiore and the Two Towers.
Comprising entrance onto large living area with dining table, equipped kitchen, living room with sofa, access to double bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and unlimited wifi. Wonderful views of rooftops and towers, and great brightness surround the house.

The flat will be delivered with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-serving toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The flat is located in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the main square.
