Spacious and cosy flat located close to the historic centre, within easy reach of the city's main attractions and the Bologna Exhibition Centre. It consists of an entrance hall leading to a large living room with a sofa, smart TV and a large, bright balcony. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, two bedrooms (one double and one with a queen-size bed), full bathroom with shower. It will be the perfect base for discovering the city of Bologna.

The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a building with a lift, so there are no stairs to climb to reach it.
The flat will be provided with towels and linen of a high hotel standard and single-use toiletries, as well as basic kitchen essentials (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The flat is located in a residential area not far from the centre of Bologna, a 14-minute walk from the nearest city gate (Porta San Donato). It is conveniently located near the Bologna Exhibition Centre.
