Spacious, fully equipped flat located in the city centre, a strategic distance from the main city attractions and the central station. Consisting of 2 double rooms (both with 2 single beds each, which can be joined), one of which has an adjoining private terrace, kitchen with double sofa bed, 3 bathrooms (inside the rooms and kitchen), TV in every room, air conditioning in every room, unlimited wifi.

The flat is located on the 1st floor of a building with a lift. The flat will be provided with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee machine with capsules).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. I or one of my co-workers will be available during the stay for any problems.

The flat is equipped with a self check-in system, once your booking is confirmed we will provide you with all the details you need to access and complete the online check-in.

Check out is by 11.00am to ensure there is enough time to clean and prepare the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
