Casa Pertile

Casa Pertile is an elegant flat located in a quiet area easily accessible by car and with private parking. It consists of an entrance on a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa with TV, 1 single bedroom with desk and wardrobe, 1 double bedroom with large wardrobe, 2 bathrooms, both with shower, washing machine and unlimited wifi.

The flat is on the 2nd floor of a building with a lift, so there will be no flights of stairs to reach it. Parking is allocated and free of charge, so there will always be parking and the car park is connected to the building by a lift, so there will be no steps to walk up. The flat will be delivered with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
