Casa Piella 2

Charming two-room flat located in the heart of Bologna's historic centre, within walking distance of the city's main attractions. It consists of an entrance hall, a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, washing machine, a large and bright bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined together on request to create a double bed), smart TV, dining table, wardrobe, washing machine, bathroom with large shower and unlimited Wi-Fi.

The flat is located on the 1st floor of a building without a lift, so there are a few flights of stairs to climb to reach it.

The flat will be provided with towels and linen of a high hotel standard and single-use toiletries, as well as basic kitchen essentials (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The flat is located within a restricted traffic area, so it is not possible to reach the flat by car without a permit. At the time of booking, we will provide you with nearby parking options.

The flat is located in the heart of the city, within easy reach of the station, from where you can reach all the main attractions of the city on foot:
