Stylish and bright apartment located in the Historic Center of Bologna, a convenient distance from the main city attractions. The apartment is distributed on two floors and consists of an entrance on a large living area with double sofa bed, another sofa, smartTV, dining table, access to the fully equipped kitchen. On the 2nd floor, the double bedroom, private terrace with rooftop view and the bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and unlimited wifi.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building without a lift, so there will be a flight of stairs to reach it, visible in the photographs. The apartment will be delivered with towels and linens of high hotel standard and single-dose bathroom products, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The apartment is within the restricted traffic area (ZTL) of the center. If requested, at the time of booking we will provide you with all the useful information to reach the apartment and to park the car.

The house is located on a quiet street in the historic center of Bologna, a short distance from the two towers, the area is full of shops, restaurants and places for breakfast or aperitif. From here you can reach all the main attractions of the city on foot:
