Centrally located and convenient to everything, the apartment is part of a medieval building dating back to the 13th century. Located on the first floor, it’s just a flight of stairs from the entrance door. Furnished with fine ancient furnishings, it features a touch of old flavored charme with all the modern amenities available for a comfortable stay. Entering the house, you will find yourself in a large and bright dining room, with a modern and fully equipped kitchen and a generous size white marble dining table. On the left, a spacious living area with a big couch and a “dormeuse”, for relaxing during the day, and a small desk for those who need to work. On the right, a super quiet bedroom with a king size bed and a TV, connected to a private bathroom with shower and bathtub. Each room has separate air conditioning splits and remote controls and independent heating system for colder days. A very fast wi-fi internet connection is available to those who like to stay always connected with the world!

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
