Elegant apartment overlooking Piazza Maggiore, ideal for couples who want to spend a weekend in Bologna center surrounded by historic monuments, shops, local and restaurants.

The apartment is located in a historic building overlooking Piazza Maggiore. The central location allows you to walk to all the main sights of the city and to immerse yourself in the characteristic Bolognese atmosphere. At the entrance of the building there is a ramp of stairs leading to the elevator, with which you will come to the third floor where, after some other step, you will find the apartment's entrance. The large room is lit by two windows overlooking Piazza Maggiore and decorated with large mirror walls. Ideal for a romantic couple's weekend. The room is furnished with a queen size bed, a fold-away kitchen, equipped with the necessary facilities for simple meals, and a private bathroom with Jacuzzi.
In the apartment there is a wi-fi connection, 24 "flat screen TV, a small washing machine, iron and ironing board, fan, hairdryer.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
