Modern flat in the historic centre of Bologna located in a quiet condominium courtyard. The central location allows you to have shops and services within walking distance, and to reach the city square in less than 15 minutes on foot. Equipped with a double bed, it is perfect for a couple wishing to discover the centre of Bologna.

One-room apartment equipped with kitchenette with utensils, refrigerator, electric oven, kettle with tea and herbal teas, and coffee machine with capsules. Sleeping area with double bed prepared with high hotel standard linen, bathroom with large shower, washing machine, and single-dose products.
The flat is also equipped with air conditioning, fibre optic Wifi and flat screen TV.
The flat will be delivered with towels and linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
