Quiet and comfortable recently renovated flat with free outdoor parking inside the condominium car park. It consists of entrance corridor, triple bedroom with double and single bed, living room with smart TV and equipped kitchen, full bathroom with shower, washing machine and air conditioning in all rooms. Area convenient to the centre and the Bologna Fair.

The flat is on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift, so there will be a few flights of stairs to reach it. The flat will be delivered with towels and linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. I or a collaborator of mine will be available during the stay for any problem.

The flat is equipped with a self check-in system. Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide you with all the details you need to access and complete your online check-in.
Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
