Newly renovated apartment on the ground floor of a prestigious building with independent entrance and small private courtyard area.
The building is located in a beautiful tree-lined street reachable by car even in the absence of a permit for residents, but still at a convenient distance from the main tourist attractions of the city.
Strategic distance from the Giardini Margherita, Policlinico S.Orsola and from the historic city center, easily reachable on foot.
The finishes are of a high standard and there are all the necessary accessories for your comfort: air conditioning, independent heating, low emissivity and anti-noise fixtures, washing machine, industrially sanitized towels and sheets, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, Smart TV HD 50 "with HDMI cable, high-speed Wi-Fi optical fiber internet.
In case of need it will be possible to use the private parking inside the condominium garage (maximum car height 1.80m).
The apartment has up to 5 beds (2 in a double bed, 2 in a double sofa bed and 1 in a sofa bed) although the 5th bed on an openable armchair is recommended for guests up to 14 years of age due to the moderate size. The apartment will be delivered with high hotel standard towels and linens and single-dose bath products, as well as basic necessities in the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee)

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
