Spacious and elegant flat located in the historic centre of Bologna, within walking distance of the city's main attractions. It consists of an entrance hall leading to a large living room with a sofa bed and Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and two bathrooms with showers. Upstairs there is a third loft room with a single bed and a sofa, and a third bathroom. Air conditioning and unlimited Wi-Fi.

The flat is located on the 1st floor of a building without a lift, so you will need to climb a few flights of stairs to reach it. The flat will be provided with towels and linen of a high hotel standard and single-use toiletries, as well as basic kitchen essentials (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

For reservations exceeding 30 nights, we require a security deposit of €300, which will be refunded upon check-out.

The flat is located in a quiet street in Bologna's historic centre, convenient for the university area, Johns Hopkins University, and the S. Orsola Hospital. From here, you can also reach the city's main attractions in just a few minutes on foot:

The flat is located within a restricted traffic area, so it is not possible to reach the flat by car without a permit. If necessary, we will provide you with various parking options in the area at the time of booking.
