Elegant and centrally located flat in Bologna’s historic centre, situated on one of the city’s best-known streets, within easy walking distance of the main attractions. It comprises an entrance hall leading into a spacious living room with a sofa bed, Smart TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom with a sofa, desk and large wardrobe, double bed on a mezzanine. Fully fitted bathroom with shower and washing machine, air conditioning and unlimited Wi-Fi. It will be your perfect base.

The flat is located on the first floor of a building with a lift, so there are no stairs to climb to reach it.
The flat will be provided with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard, single-use toiletries, as well as essential kitchen supplies (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At check-in, either I or a member of my team will meet guests to show them around the flat and hand over the keys; we will then be available throughout their stay should any issues arise.

Check-ins are carried out in person and by appointment from 3.00 pm onwards to ensure the flat is thoroughly cleaned and prepared. If the flat is ready earlier, it will be possible to check in earlier. Between 11.00 pm and 1.30 am, it will still be possible to check in in person for an additional charge of €20, payable on arrival. In any case, a free self-check-in option is available on request.

Check-out must be completed by 11.00 am to allow sufficient time for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible until 1.00 pm at no extra cost. If required, we provide a luggage storage service on request at our office in the city centre.

For bookings of more than 30 nights, we require a security deposit of €300, which will be refunded upon check-out.

The flat is located in the heart of the city, within easy reach of the station. From here, you can reach all the city’s main attractions on foot:
