Spacious 2-bedroom flat, at a strategic distance from the historical centre, the university area and the Sant'Orsola Polyclinic. Able to accommodate up to 4 guests, it has an entrance onto a living room with sofa and access to a small terrace, a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. Equipped with unlimited Wifi, air conditioning, an excellent base for your stay in Bologna!

The flat is located on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift. High hotel standard towels and linen and single-serving toiletries will be provided, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, moka with coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
