Elegant and spacious newly renovated and finely furnished apartment, located in a quiet street in the historic center of Bologna. It can accommodate up to 8 guests thanks to its size (over 100 square meters), it has a double bedroom, a double sofa bed in the large hallway at the entrance, a twin bedroom with 2 single beds, two single beds in a large room with kitchen fully equipped that offers basic necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, capsules and coffee with mocha), 3 bathrooms, private garden with table and chairs.
The apartment provides unlimited Wifi internet, air conditioning, coffee maker, dishwasher, 42 "flat-screen TV, as well as high standard hotel towels and linens and single-dose bath products. With all its comforts, it will be a place perfect for your stay in Bologna.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
