Elegant and spacious flat located in the Saragozza district at a convenient distance from the centre. Located on the 1st floor of a building with lift, it consists of entrance on large living area with living room and separate equipped kitchen with access to balcony, 2 bedrooms: one with single bed and another pull-out single and a double bedroom. Two large elegant bathrooms both with shower. The flat is equipped with air conditioning, unlimited wifi and free parking.

The flat is located on the 1st floor of a building with a lift, so there are no flights of stairs to climb to reach it. The flat will be delivered with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

Residential neighbourhood in a very well connected area to reach every place of interest both by car and by transport. Very close to Porta Saragozza and a stone's throw from the faculty of engineering.
