Elegant and spacious newly renovated apartment a few steps from the Fiera di Bologna and within easy reach of the city center and FICO. Able to accommodate up to 5 guests, it features a bedroom with 3 single beds, a double sofa bed in the hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower and washing machine, a private terrace equipped with table and chairs, unlimited Wifi, air conditioning Private garage, a perfect base for business trips or holidays!

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator, therefore there will be no steps to go. Just renovated and finely furnished, it has everything you need: living room with 55 "HD Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, moka coffee maker, 4-seater induction hob, dishwasher, Microwave oven and all necessary utensils preparation of meals. Bedroom with 3 single beds (two of which can be joined on request) and 40 "HD Smart TV, Luxury bathroom with large shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Exclusive access to private terrace and private garage on request.
There is unlimited Wifi and air conditioning, iron and ironing board. The apartment will be equipped with high hotel standard towels and linens and single-dose bath products, as well as basic necessities in the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, capsules and coffee with mocha).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
