Modern, newly renovated loft, located in a convenient and well-equipped area, a stone's throw from the Ospedale Maggiore. It consists of an entrance onto a living room with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a complete bathroom with shower, a washing machine, WiFi and a state-of-the-art automated air-conditioning system.

The flat is on the 1st floor of a building without a lift, so there will be a few flights of stairs to reach it. The flat will be delivered with towels and linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

The flat is equipped with a self check-in system. Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide you with all the details you need to access and complete your online check-in.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
