Emilia Loft 4

Modern, newly renovated loft, located in a convenient and well-equipped area, a stone's throw from the Ospedale Maggiore. It consists of an entrance on living room with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, large terrace, full bathroom with shower, washing machine, unlimited WiFi and automated, state-of-the-art air conditioning system.

The flat is located on the 1st floor of a building without a lift, so there will be a few flights of stairs to reach it. The flat will be delivered with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. I or one of my co-workers will be available during the stay for any problems.

The flat is equipped with a self check-in system, once your booking is confirmed we will provide you with all the details you need to access and complete the online check-in.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
