A quiet and comfortable flat located in the Santa Viola neighbourhood, well-equipped and close to the Ospedale Maggiore. It comprises an entrance hall leading into a bright living room with a sofa bed, Smart TV, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a spacious, sunny balcony furnished with a small table and chairs, which connects the living room and the bedroom. The flat features a double bedroom with a wardrobe and a full bathroom with a shower and washing machine. With air conditioning and unlimited Wi-Fi, it will be the perfect base from which to explore the city of Bologna.

The flat is located on the 5th floor of a building with a lift, so there are no stairs to climb to reach it.
The flat will be provided with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard, single-use toiletries, as well as essential kitchen supplies (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

For reservations exceeding 30 nights, we require a security deposit of €300, which will be refunded upon check-out.

A very quiet neighbourhood just a stone’s throw from the main hospital. The area is very well connected, making it easy to reach any place of interest by car or public transport. The Esselunga supermarket is right next door.

Right outside the front door, you’ll find a large pay-and-display car park, which is very convenient during your stay if you have a car.
