Fiorilli Apartment

Elegant and spacious two-storey flat, situated in a residential area of Bologna, within easy walking distance of the historic centre and the exhibition centre, and well connected by public transport. It comprises an entrance hall leading into a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The upper floor features a double bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Unlimited Wi-Fi and air conditioning are provided. It will be the perfect base from which to explore the city of Bologna.

The flat is situated on the 4th floor of a block of flats with a lift, so there are no stairs to climb to reach it.
The flat will be provided with towels and bed linen to a high hotel standard, along with single-use toiletries, as well as essential kitchen supplies (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

For reservations exceeding 30 nights, we require a security deposit of €300, which will be refunded upon check-out.
