Elegant and spacious apartment, very bright and located in the center, at a strategic distance from the main city attractions and the Central Station. Arranged over two floors, it can accommodate up to 4 guests. On the 1st floor: large living area with double sofa bed and 42" HD TV, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. On the 2nd floor an attic bedroom with intimate and lovely terrace. Equipped with lift, unlimited Wifi, air conditioning.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building equipped with an elevator. High hotel standard towels and linens and single-dose bath products will be provided, as well as basic necessities in the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, mocha with coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city
