Lovely studio apartment located in an area convenient to the centre and to many faculties of the University of Bologna. On the ground floor of a very quiet street, it consists of entrance on living area with fully equipped kitchen (4 induction hobs, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer), double sofa bed. Sleeping area with double bed, desk, bathroom with large shower and washer/dryer. Air conditioning, unlimited wifi internet.

The flat is on the ground floor, so you will not need to climb flights of stairs to reach the flat.
The flat will be delivered with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At check-in I or one of my co-workers will meet guests to show them the flat and give them the keys, then we will be available during their stay for any problems.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
