Frassinago Apartment

Spacious and bright apartment in the historic center of Bologna, in a peaceful and well-served context. Composed of a large living room, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, HD TV, unlimited fiber optic WiFi internet, air conditioning. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without a lift, it will therefore be reached by going up a few flights of stairs, the space will be supplied with towels and linens of high hotel standard and single-dose bath products, as well as basic necessities in the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee), to guarantee all the comforts during your stay.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
