Prestigious apartment in a historic Bolognese building of the fifteenth century a few steps from the two towers, equipped with a large double bedroom, a single room, a kitchen and an elegant living room with a double sofa bed. Ideal for families or groups who want to enjoy the historic center of Bologna by staying in a historic building.

The apartment is located on the first floor without a lift, therefore there are two short flights of stairs to access. There are steps also inside the house. The entrance is in the large living room with decorated exposed beams and antique coffered parquet, furnished with valuable antique furniture. Go up a few steps to find a hallway which leads to a spacious kitchen and single bedroom. Going further down there is access to a small corridor leading to the main bedroom, characterized by a beautiful vaulted ceiling with floral decorations on the walls, as well as a comfortable double bed and a large mirrored wardrobe. Next to the bedroom is the bathroom of the house, equipped with a bathtub.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, which can accommodate up to 5 people. The living room, equipped with air conditioning, accommodates two people on the double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, kettle, pots and cutlery. In the room there is a small flat screen TV and a large double wardrobe. The air conditioning for the bedrooms is located in the hallway.

The wifi network has good reception throughout the house except for the bedroom where the line is less good.

On the ground floor of the number 4 / a there is a rather popular brewery that closes at 00:30 on weekdays and at 01:30 on the weekend, therefore sometimes it will happen to hear the voices of customers until closing time or a little later.

At check-in I or one of my assistants will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem. Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
