A spacious and peaceful flat, situated in a convenient and quiet area within easy walking distance of the historic centre and just a few minutes’ walk from Sant’Orsola Hospital. It comprises a spacious entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen with a small balcony, two bedrooms each with two single beds and a desk, and a single bedroom with a desk and a small balcony, as well as a fully fitted bathroom with a shower. Unlimited Wi-Fi and a washing machine. It will be the perfect base from which to explore the city of Bologna.

The flat is on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift, so you will need to climb a few flights of stairs to reach it.
The flat will be provided with towels and bed linen to a high hotel standard, along with single-use toiletries, as well as essential kitchen supplies (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

For reservations exceeding 30 nights, we require a security deposit of €300, which will be refunded upon check-out.

The flat is situated in the Cirenaica neighbourhood, a quiet residential area with all the amenities you could need. Just a short walk from the flat is a café, and there are restaurants and shops nearby, as well as a well-stocked covered market. A few minutes’ walk away are city bus stops, allowing you to get around the city in comfort even if you don’t have a car.

There are several bus stops within a few minutes’ walk, providing access to every part of the city. There are pay-and-display car parks in front of the flat, or free ones about a 5–10-minute walk away.
