Spacious and quiet flat, located in a strategic and quiet area just a few minutes' walk from the historic centre. It consists of a large entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen with a small balcony, two double bedrooms (with beds that can be separated on request) and a single bedroom with a small balcony, and a full bathroom with shower. Unlimited Wi-Fi and washing machine. It will be the perfect base for exploring the city of Bologna.

The flat is located on the 1st floor of a building without a lift, so you will need to climb a few flights of stairs to reach it. The flat will be provided with towels and linen of a high hotel standard and single-use toiletries, as well as basic kitchen essentials (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

For reservations exceeding 30 nights, we require a security deposit of €300, which will be refunded upon check-out.

The flat is located in the Cirenaica neighbourhood, which is residential, quiet, and equipped with every amenity. A few steps from the flat there is a bar, and there are restaurants and shops nearby, as well as a well-stocked covered market. A few minutes' walk away, you can reach city bus stops that will allow you to get around the city comfortably even if you don't have a car.

There are several bus stops within a few minutes' walk, allowing you to reach any part of the city. There is paid parking in front of the flat, or free parking about a 5-10 minute walk away.
