Elegant, newly renovated flat situated in a residential neighbourhood within easy reach of the city centre, the Policlinico S. Orsola hospital and the university district.
The flat comprises an entrance hall leading into the living area with a sofa and smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and access to a private balcony. It features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (both en-suite), unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The flat is on the ground floor; there are just a couple of steps to reach it.
The flat will be handed over with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-use toiletries, as well as essential kitchen supplies (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

For reservations exceeding 30 nights, we require a security deposit of €300, which will be refunded upon check-out.

The flat is located in the Cirenaica district, a quiet residential area with all amenities. There is a café near the flat, and the surrounding area boasts restaurants and shops, as well as a well-stocked covered market. City bus stops are just a few minutes’ walk away, allowing you to explore the city in comfort even without a car.

There are several bus stops within a few minutes’ walk, allowing you to reach any part of the city. There are pay-and-display car parks in front of the flat, or free ones about a 5–10-minute walk away.
