Goito Retreat

Elegant flat nestled in the heart of Bologna’s historic centre, within easy walking distance of the city’s main attractions. It comprises an entrance hall leading into a living room with a sofa bed, a Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a double bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and a fully fitted bathroom with a shower. The flat features a washing machine, unlimited Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout. It will be the perfect base from which to explore the city of Bologna.

The flat is situated on the first floor of a building with a lift; once you step out of the lift, you will need to climb a few steps to reach the flat.
The apartment will be provided with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard, single-use toiletries, as well as essential kitchen supplies (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

For reservations exceeding 30 nights, we require a security deposit of €300, which will be refunded upon check-out.

- Archiginnasio: 8 minutes
- Basilica of Santo Stefano: 8 minutes
- Finestra di via Piella: 3 minutes
- Railway station: 17 minutes
- Exhibition Centre: 18 minutes by taxi, 30 minutes by bus

The flat is located within the city centre’s restricted traffic zone (ZTL). If requested, we will provide you with all the necessary information on how to reach the flat and where to park your car at the time of booking
