Hermathena Apartment

Spacious and elegant flat in a historical building in the centre of Bologna, just a few steps from the Two Towers and Piazza Maggiore. It consists of entrance on living room with sofa bed, full kitchen, dining table and smart TV. Double bedroom with Smart Tv, second bedroom in mezzanine with single bed. Complete bathroom with large shower. Washer-dryer, WiFi and AC in every room. It will be the perfect base for discovering the City of Bologna.

The flat is on the ground floor, so you will not need to climb any flights of stairs to reach the flat, except for a few steps at the entrance to the building.
The flat will be delivered with towels and linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as basic kitchen necessities (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

The flat is within the restricted traffic area (ZTL) of the centre. If requested, at the time of booking we will provide you with all the information you need to reach the flat and to park your car.

- Archiginnasio: 8 minutes
- Basilica of Santo Stefano: 8 minutes
- Via Piella: 3 minutes

- Exhibition Centre: 18 minutes by taxi, 30 minutes by bus
